In response to AI and ChatGPT, the South Korean ICT Company has now introduced its own version named CLOVA X which works in the native language.
Naver Corp will give tough competition which would minimize the demand for ChatGPT and AI in South Korea. CLOVA X is capable of chatting and summarising the text just like ChatGPT and performs other functions of AI. The significant feature that has Naver Corp introduced in CLOVA X is that it works in the native language of South Korea.
Features of HyperCLOVA X
On 24th of August, Yonhap the news agency of South Korea disclosed that the South Korea-based ICT Company Naver has released an upgraded hyper-scale artificial intelligence (AI) model named HyperCLOVA X. CLOVA X is going to be the flagship of the firm which is purposefully built AI model utilizing data analysis capabilities, supercomputing and has upgraded AI services like chatbot.
Korean new chatbot works exactly like ChatGPT but with better and updated services. It deals in Korean native language. It has the ability to work like a chat and can summarize a text and generate stories for you. Its expertise lies in Korean culture and language. Naver also announced the CUE, a kind of generative artificial intelligence search feature powered by HyperCLOVA X.
Choi Sooyeon, the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of Naver discussed the features of HyperCLOVA X in a Seoul conference held on 24th of August 2023. In the conference, he shared that the firm has applied its experience, latest technologies or different web searches to support generative AI model to work efficiently. Moreover, Naver is ready to face new technological challenges and would prove it effecieny.
