Stuart Alderoty, the chief legal officer of the well-known crypto exchange Ripple, has asserted that the respective decision of the court presents another loss for the US regulatory agency. The pause takes place following a request that Liberty Energy made recently.

As per the company, the latest rules would result in irreparable harm because of constitutional issues and compliance costs. The SEC made a rebuttal after the respective arguments, saying that the respective apprehensions were just speculative. Even then, the Fifth Circuit released an order comprising a couple of pages without any explanation. This development prevented the regulations from implementation until the court’s further decisions.
